Welcome 2012 :)

A year gone by since I wrote a post on this blog! Better late than never, a very Happy New Year to one and all...

2011 has been a roller coaster ride with lot of happenings in the personal front, both good and bad. Lost two of my uncles (maternal and paternal). Adding to the grief, S lost his Grandpa. We hardly went on any vacation nor did we celebrate any festival in 2011.

Fortunately, the last quarter managed to turn the cards and it's been better since :) Arrival of my nephew (Lucky) in October was a very joyous moment in the family!

2012!!!

This time I celebrated my birthday with friends and family. Thought it could turn out to be boring but was very special. I actually enjoyed cutting the cake and rocked at the New Year Party! (I don't really like cutting cakes, end up doing it only for the sake of S)

After 3 long years, we have planned a trip to India! It's a long vacation of 2 months (Feb and Mar). Looking forward to spoil myself and get pampered by family!

Hoping 2012 would keep me in good spirits. I surely will have a lot to write in my blog this year, especially after I come back from India :)

For now, waiting eagerly for the vacation to begin :D
